The UK or Australia?

UK. Always has been, always will be.

Smoothie or juice?

How could you choose?! As long as it’s green I’m happy with either.

Breakfast of champions?

Our homemade seed and nut bread with peanut butter and banana – slow release energy and full of protein to power you through even the busiest morning.

No.1 workout?

My current obsession is the Power Plate class at Transition Zone. It’s only 25 minutes so I can easily slip it into my crazy schedule, but I feel like I’ve run a marathon afterwards!

First thing you do when you wake up?

Make my bed; if I do it straight away I won’t be tempted to snooze.

3 favourite superfoods?

Spirulina: it really makes your skin glow.

Chia: so versatile to cook with and a great protein source.

Maca: add it to your porridge or smoothie in the morning. Not only does it have a delicious caramel taste, it also gives you a great energy boost (try it instead of your morning coffee if you’re feeling brave).

What’s in your handbag right now?

My whole life. And snacks, I never go anywhere without snacks.

Top 3 London eats?

Granger & Co. – because Australians make the best food!

Grain Store – because their menu is amazing, and eating sustainably is important

Broadway Market on a Saturday – so many amazing food stalls, with lots of ‘free from’ options too

Who or what inspires you?

People who live outside the box and are determined to do what they love, which I think can sometimes be the scariest thing to do. There are some incredible yoga teachers at my yoga studio – Erin Pritchard and Mona Godfrey to name but two – who do just that and inspire me every single day. 

Failsafe hangover cure?

A really long run, and a cup of tea.
