tailored weight loss programmes that get results and Slot easily into busy lives

MY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMMES

My personalised weight loss programmes are the product of years of clinical experience. Each one starts with an in-depth consultation and includes 12 weeks of support and accountability.

We can talk through peri/menopause symptoms and what it takes to future proof your health, but our main focus will be on shedding body fat and helping you feel in control, confident and comfortable in your skin.

I may recommend some blood tests and supplements along the way, but the bedrock of the programme rests on assessing your dietary intake, modifying eating behaviours (where appropriate) and working on your mindset. You can tap into my bank of evidence based resources, apps and recipes to save time and make life easier.

Smart nutrition, expertly synced to modern life

Striving to feel and be the best version of ourselves doesn’t stop when we turn 40. On the contrary, it’s more vital now than ever. But it’s not always easy.

There are a wealth of muddled messages, diehard myths and bamboozling research out there. My role is to slice through the confusion and create a tailored weight loss programme that gets you results.

It won’t be a breeze. You need to be ready to initiate change and put in some hard work of your own. But you won’t be doing it alone. I’ll champion you all the way, encouraging you to put yourself first and focus on what your body needs so you can make smarter food choices and take control of your health.

how it works

All consultations are via video call (Zoom) so you can access me no matter where you’re based.

  • Prior to our first meeting, you’ll fill in a 4-day food diary and in-depth health questionnaire. The initial consultation is an hour long appointment, allowing plenty of time for me to take a thorough case and delve into your current health and presenting symptoms. I’ll take into consideration factors such as lifestyle, dietary habits, medication, family history, fitness levels and your previous health. We’ll also discuss in detail things like your digestion, menstrual cycle, energy levels and how much sleep you get.

Following the consultation, you’ll receive a personalised plan. There’s no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition, we’re all biochemically unique, so expect a carefully curated programme that’s tailored specifically to your needs. As well as advice and targets, I often include shopping lists, cupboard staples, simple recipe ideas, meal plans and links to useful resources. And I always follow up with a complementary phone call or email to make sure everything is clear.

  • Follow-up consultations are to check in on your progress and make any necessary amendments going forward. This session lasts 30 minutes. If any changes are made at this point, a revised copy of your plan will be sent to you to follow until your next session.

  • No two ways about it, food comes first. However, there might be instances when I recommend a certain supplement. This will be backed by robust research and is by no means obligatory. I don’t subscribe to any one brand but I do have an account with The Natural Dispensary where you can access my practitioner discount

Please note, all appointments must be paid for in advance. I have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy, with the full cost of your appointment payable if required notice isn’t provided
